Access to any 3 classes per week + 1 Personal Training Session
Our 8-week ‘Commit to get Fit’ programme has been designed to help you think differently about what you do, what you eat and what you drink, encouraging you to change your lifestyle and find the time to incorporate exercise into your day to day lives.
Not only do you get access to any 3 classes per week as part of the Programme, you also receive a private one to one consultation, cholesterol test, measurements and goal setting, so that you can measure your progress along the way. Your Personal Training session will also help you to build confidence as you spend some quality individual time with our instructors. Also included in the 8-week programme are hints and tips on how to improve your diet, as well as motivational support and online workouts to keep you on track, but we don’t do all the work for you, and the emphasis is on you to change your habit to ensure it is sustainable long after the programme ends.
Each of our ‘Commit to get Fit’ programmes have proved to be a huge success, with many of our group making new friends, achieving great results and still to this day attending our classes regularly. If you are looking to start your fitness journey, or jump back into a more regular fitness regime, this is the perfect programme for you.
