Access to any 3 classes per week + 1 Personal Training Session

Our 8-week ‘Commit to get Fit’ programme has been designed to help you think differently about what you do, what you eat and what you drink, encouraging you to change your lifestyle and find the time to incorporate exercise into your day to day lives.

Not only do you get access to any 3 classes per week as part of the Programme, you also receive a private one to one consultation, cholesterol test, measurements and goal setting, so that you can measure your progress along the way.  Your Personal Training session will also help you to build confidence as you spend some quality individual time with our instructors.  Also included in the 8-week programme are hints and tips on how to improve your diet, as well as motivational support and online workouts to keep you on track, but we don’t do all the work for you, and the emphasis is on you to change your habit to ensure it is sustainable long after the programme ends.

Each of our ‘Commit to get Fit’ programmes have proved to be a huge success, with many of our group making new friends, achieving great results and still to this day attending our classes regularly.  If you are looking to start your fitness journey, or jump back into a more regular fitness regime, this is the perfect programme for you.


MyZone is an innovative wearable heart rate monitoring system that has been recently introduced into The Studio.  MyZone records all of your workouts both in and out of The Studio whilst rewarding you with MEPS (MyZone Effort Points) along the way to keep you motivated.

When participating in classes, your MyZone effort tile displays your heart rate, calories, time and effort using wireless technology, to accurately and conveniently monitor your physical activity, whilst ensuring our team can deliver a session appropriate to your goals.  MyZone is respected as the Fitness Industries wearable of choice.

TEAM ACF Running Club

Team ACF was founded back in July 2018 by Lee Clark, which has built huge momentum and now has a loyal following of runners who take to the roads 3-4 times per week.  Team ACF run from The Studio every Saturday at 07.30am, and head out for around an hour with 2 – 3 mixed groups for a variety of levels.  If you would like to join in, please just wait on the car park for 7.30am on Saturday and you will be made to feel very welcome.

Bell Aesthetics

Jo Taylor is a Prescribing, Advanced, Nurse Practitioner who provides a range of anti-wrinkle injections, lip enhancement and dermal fillers.  Jo runs her clinic from The Studio on Tuesdays &  Wednesdays 4.30pm – 6pm and alternate Saturday’s 12.30pm – 4pm.  If you would like to make an appointment or take up a free consultation, please contact Jo on 07515 024331.

MB Sports Massage
