BOOTCAMP

Expect to work hard and get a sweat on, and in return you’ll burn calories, increase strength and improve your aerobic endurance.  With military style drills in a fun but challenging environment, bootcamp classes incorporate a variety of our weights and functional equipment, delivering an all over body workout, helping to build strength and fitness.

BEGINNERS BOOTCAMP

Our Beginners Bootcamp classes have been designed for those either looking to start their fitness journey or get back into fitness after a prolonged period of time off.  These classes will allow you to gradually build your fitness levels and confidence, so that moving forward you are more comfortable trying out some of our other classes on the timetable.

TEEN BOOTCAMP

Research tells us that children who start out enjoying sport and exercise tend to stay active for the rest of their lives, they sometimes just need a little encouragement. Our Teen Bootcamp class will help children maintain a healthy weight, boost self-confidence and reduce stress levels, all as part of a team and fun environment.

This class can be attended by children 8yrs +.  Parents are also welcome to wait in our break out room, or leave and collect children after the class has finished. Promote independence and encourage your children to start taking care of their own regimes.

KETTLEBELLS

Swing and squat your way to a more toned body, whilst improving your cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility along the way.  Kettlebells integrated whole body movements will challenge every muscle in your body and get your heart rate moving. If you’re looking to ‘get a grip of your fitness’ this is a great functional workout!

BEGINNERS YOGA

Our beginners yoga class is perfect for those that have never done or only have limited experience in Yoga.  These classes will help you build your knowledge and technique, so that you can gain more confidence and feel more comfortable without worrying about fitting in with the crowd.

ABS BLAST

This intense abdominal workout is aimed at developing, strengthening and toning core muscles.  During each session you will be taken through an array of exercises, ranging from sit ups, leg raises, planks, twists and crunches, combined with a little cardio workout to help burn fat whilst shaping and defining the abdominal core.

HEALTHY HEART AEROBICS

Health Heart Aerobic classes has been specifically designed for all levels of fitness, so whether you are a beginner, new to fitness, or at an age where you would like to keep fit and active without the stress of keeping up in class, this is the perfect class for you.

This fun, light ‘hearted’ session caters for everyone.

HATHA YOGA

(Restarts September 2020)

Our Yoga sessions combine physical, mental and spiritual practices and disciplines, using breathing techniques, exercise and meditation.  Yoga is proven to have many health benefits, and can improve athletic performance whilst maintaining a balanced metabolism, cleansing your soul and enhancing your mind-body connection.  Whether young or old, you will leave our sessions feeling relaxed, revitalised and refocused.

FAMILY YOGA

(Restarts September 2020)

A collection of breathing, spiritual and physical exercises, the ancient practice of yoga is an activity that offers multiple benefits for the mind, body and soul.  Yoga will help to rejuvenate the mind, reduce anxiety and develop concentration and focus. Our classes not only show you and your children how to relax together, but will also assist in building confidence, strength, coordination, and flexibility for the whole family (suitable for 3yrs +).

Booking of 6 Classes or Single Class option available

FAMILY BOOTCAMP

This is a great way to spend some quality time with your children whilst incorporating fitness exercises and some military style fitness using our functional equipment.  These classes aren’t an easy ride, and you and your children will be put through your paces, but all in a safe and fun session that is carefully tailored to ensure nothing is too strenuous.

These are currently limited to 4 families per class.

CLUB CLASSICS

Our 45-minute ‘Club Classics’ will include an array of classic dance tunes whilst you’rE working out to a mix of HIIT,  BOOTCAMP or Aerobics exercises. Expect the music to be loud, with flashing lights, allowing you to fall into the ‘zone’ where you won’t even feel like your exercising.

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS

Shape up and burn fat as you lunge, step and squat your way to fitness in this ever popular Legs, Bums & Tums class.  This fun class incorporates both weights and your own upper body with high repetition based routines to help trim down those areas we love to hate.

METAFIT

MetaFit is a high-intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. This class has been designed to push you to your limits and is a great 30-minute workout if you are looking for a short intense class.

INDOOR CYCLING

Indoor Cycling is a 45-minute class, focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and is a great way to shed fat. This class is the perfect way to either just keep up your general fitness levels, or maintain your cycling fix throughout the dark, cold winter months.

STUDIO KIDS

(Restarts September 2020)

Our family focussed studio encourages your kids to get active and interested in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  Studio Kids is fun, interactive and encourages children from an early age (5yrs +) to incorporate a positive attitude towards building a health & fitness regime into their everyday lives.

KIDS PARTIES

(Currently Unavailable – awaiting further Government guidance)

Our kid’s parties can cater for up to 20 children between the ages of 3 – 12yrs. Your 2hr session includes a 45-minute group exercise class, 45-minutes of games, and then 30-minutes for your party to enjoy some food and of course a song around the birthday cake. Please note: we offer 2 price options, one without food (we are happy for to arrange your own) and one which includes food as part of the party package.
