WHO WE ARE

Welcome to The Studio Standish, our family-friendly fitness studio that’s open to everyone to encourage a healthy lifestyle. We offer a variety of group exercise classes suitable for all ages, we offer a variety of adult sessions including Bootcamps, Outdoor Bootcamps, Kettlebells, Aerobics, Legs, Bums & Tums, BoxHIIT, Yoga, Indoor Cycling, Abs Blast, MetaFit, and Beginners Classes.  We also offer classes for 8yrs+, Family Bootcamps and Family Yoga for 3yrs+.

All of our classes have strict occupancy levels to comply with social distancing, and have been tailored to ensure that you feel safe and protected when exercising.  Our goal is simply to encourage a healthier lifestyle and help you achieve your goals. Whether you’d like to lose weight, improve your fitness, or just encourage your children to get active, we can help.

HOW TO BOOK A CLASS AT THE STUDIO STANDISH

If you have never been to The Studio before and you would like to try out one of our classes, all you need to do is select a class of your choice and follow the registration instructions.  Alternatively, please contact Jess on 07545 866145 or email team@thestudiostandish.co.uk.

All our classes can be purchased as either a one off class booking, or alternatively as a block booking (booking), where you receive 6 classes for the price of 5 (8-week expiry from day of purchase). If you are serious about changing your lifestyle and creating a healthier you, we would advise a block booking or speak to us about our Studio Membership.

30-Minute Classes –  Purchase a Block Booking to gain access to any of our Abs Blast, HIITSTEP, Fatburn Extreme, TABATA, Kettlebells and MetaFIT classes

45-Minutes Classes – Purchase a Block Booking to gain access to any of our Bootcamps, Legs, Bums and Tums, Club Classics, Indoor Cycling, Kettlebells Cardio, Aerobics and Beginners classes

60-Minutes ClassesPurchase a Block Booking to gain access to our YOGA classes

You can purchase multiple block bookings i.e. 30-minute and 45-minute at any one time.
